By analysing the needs – the value that one wants to create by using displays – we create a tailored solution for the customer.

We set up groups of displays and cover a complete customer route around the store, with all conceivable zones. For example, the entrance, checkout, fixed and moveable campaign locations, aisles, shelf stands, information areas, etc. We follow the same route as the customers around the store and can influence their decisions while creating a positive experience. Each display is unique and can be monitored. We have installed solutions whereby, for a chain, we have created up to 30 or so channels, with 15-20 displays in each store.

Let us follow our client’s customers through a store and see how they are met by information and messages, and see how we can influence their behaviour, and get them to increase their loyalty to the store. With experience we have been able to learn a great deal about what motivates customers in a store.

An important factor for achieving the best possible result is of course the content that is shown on the displays. This must support the value that it is desired to create by having the installation. The displays, communication and players are only the technology to put across the message, and have the process automated and controlled. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
